Second Life

So I did it, I created an account for Second Life, downloaded the App. chose an avatar and started walking. After passing the Welcome Hall I decided to go to the beach. Feeling cold and miserable I decided to go surfing - but first I needed a board. Pretty soon I found a shop but there was no one there - when I left the shop I bumped into a deserted car, doors wide open, all streets empty... Maybe something happened here, maybe some sort of apocalyptic disaster and I was the only one not informed. I decided to leave this place immediately. I went on an island called the sexy nude beach -ohooo - this name promised a lot of fun and stranded folks. And indeed - there, were more people. I immediately got a request to join a group. And since I felt relieved to find some human beings after this Mad Max scenario, I generously accepted. A bunch of questions bumped up, but I wanted to see the beach. I probably made a complete fool out of myself walking the beach in a schoolgirl uniform and leather boots. But hey, that`s what Second Life is for, isn`t it? To make a fool out of oneself. Or a hero. Anyway, short after I got chat invitations from right and left, actually I couldn`t see the the guys talking to me, I was also not very sure if they were really addressing me but I got really confused and felt suddenly very shy. I was nearly blushing, I promise. Should I tell them that I was new? No that`s lame... Should I ask them what I was supposed to do here? Why are they all here anyway? Just walking around in circles? What am I supposed to do? Lay down and get a sunburn?
I decided to kill myself. So I walked into the sea. As far as I could go. But I didn`t die. Pfffff what is life worth if you don`t have a counter part? If you can`t loose it?
I deleted my Second Life account and went out for a long walk.

  2. You need to teach me how. I mean in Second Life. My Avatar was really clumsy.
